Cable Television - Fraud in America

If it is, it's blatant, it is open for all to see and victims everywhere. In my opinion, these cable companies are coxsure of themselves their sales practices are so blatantly dishonest that throughout this Century, a pattern of deceptive bait and switch practices will be LINKED to promising one set of prices and delivering another.

As the lawyers say, "comes now a prime example:" I myownself, a 72 year old retire on social security, call up Cable company advertising a bait and switch $25 phone, ditto Internet, ditto TV. Nothing else mentioned on the phone he says, when can we start he says.

" Your monthly bill will be $125, " he says. "Wow, "  I say, " sign me up."  The first bill comes....
you guessed it - double $250!!!

The problem with these robbers starts with this: sales practices are taught by Sluggo the Wharf Rat. Collections guarantee a high CHURN rate. Management is so far removed from the
fury I don't think they care.
I wouldn't want to manage ANY of these lame companies for ANY amount of companies. To these inept managers I offer this tiny bit of advice. FIRE everyone in middle management and start over.
