School districts across the country dictate abuses never before heard: strike the flag on school grounds, inappropriate curriculum.
Health care, life time doctor relationships going up in smoke, terrorism raging throughout the
world, the public buying up firearms in record numbers. Travel in Europe slumping because of terrorism threats now so common as to frighten off common destinations once thought as safe as one's own downtown,
Americans don't feel safe. And the messages they get from their government do not reassure them one bit. For the time being, buying gold, guns and hunkering down will have to suffice. There is little else we can do until a change happens. In the end, we will take care of ourselves, the government can't guarantee us anything.
