Bullet Shortage - I warned you.

I told you! In my last message to the troops I mentioned the Obama Administration has bought off the free market approx one and a half BILLION bullets. Why? I have no idea, didn't then, don't now.
     BUT, picked up a news flash today that SOME police departments around the USA are reporting difficulties OBTAINING ammunition. Hmm. What is going on?
     The mystery continues.
