Somewhere in the stacks of statistics on the desk of Fox News co-star "Greg Guttfeld" is buried the factoid that among the fastest growing segment of handgun buyers these days is - - - women.
Yes, the distaff side of foxy, strong, brainy women are arming themselves and heading off to their favorite shooting range for hand-gun instruction. According to all the magazines I collect and read the female side of the coin happens to be young, foxy, smart, educated and " happenin."
Statistics magazines on the market shelf today tout women as the faster educated among American citizenry today, outpacing the male counterparts in college education, opening businesses, bank accounts and charting their futures far ahead of men as a group.
I say this because if the lower class thuggery hasn't caught on yet, creeping up on a woman in a darkened parking lot might not be such a great .380 caliber idea, if you catch my drift. It crossed my mind lately leaving the supermarket here in Tucson at 9:45 one night when two brothers from south of the border stalked a young mother feeling for her keys.
The conversation wasn't all that clear to me at that distance, but, the action was. Her pistol cleared that pocketbook pretty quick, and the boys did a tap dance backwards towards their banana truck right quick.
Just sayin.'
